The Estate, Mapped
Villa Aditi is one private residence, but it does not have to be taken in full. The estate can be booked in configurations from one to six bedrooms, with tailored reduced-occupancy rates — so a smaller family or an intimate group can reserve the whole estate while only the rooms they need are prepared. Whichever configuration you choose, the pool, gardens, beachfront and living spaces remain exclusively yours.
The Estate Plan
The main residence: six en-suite bedrooms set in wings around the central courtyard, with the open-air living and dining pavilions, the kitchen and service areas, and the lap pool at the heart of the plot. The gardens open toward the shoreline; the access road runs along the estate's southern edge.

The Beachfront Plot
A second, separate plot on the sand: an open-air beach pavilion with dining tables and sunbeds under parasols, reached directly from the estate. The stretch of beach in front of the villa is private to our guests.
