Yes. Villa Aditi is a private beachfront residence on Bang Kao Beach, with its own beach garden, sunbeds and beach bar opening directly onto the sea.

The residence has six bedrooms and accommodates up to twelve guests in exclusive use.

Daily breakfast, private use of Villa Aditi, daily housekeeping and assistance from the permanent in-house team, which includes our private chef, plus Wi-Fi, utilities and standard amenities for normal guest stays are included. Lunches and dinners prepared by our chef are charged separately: food at cost plus a fixed cooking fee per service. Transfers, transport rental, wellness, excursions, boat trips, babysitting and special celebrations are available on request, with additional charges confirmed beforehand.

There are two steps. First, enter your dates and number of guests in Lodgify to see your rate and submit an enquiry. The owner personally reviews and approves your request. Second, after approval, follow the secure payment instructions to confirm your stay. You cannot book instantly: submitting an enquiry alone does not confirm a reservation.

Yes. Your rate automatically adapts to your dates, group size and length of stay. Bedrooms are prepared for your group while the residence remains entirely private to you.

Yes. Whichever bedroom arrangement you choose, the pool, courtyard, garden, living areas and beachfront remain private to your booking. Unrequired bedrooms are simply kept closed.

Minimum stay depends on the season and the dates requested. Please ask Team Aditi to confirm this for your dates and group.

Enter your dates and number of guests in our secure booking system to see availability and your calculated rate. Breakfast is included. Team Aditi personally reviews your booking request before confirmation. You can also contact the team through the enquiry form or WhatsApp.

After the owner approves your enquiry, pay 50% to confirm your stay. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking, following owner approval. Payments are handled securely through the booking and payment system.

If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, 50% of the prepayments you have paid is refundable. If you cancel fewer than 60 days before arrival, no refund is available. This percentage applies to prepayments already paid, not the total booking price.

A separate €1,000 security deposit is held as a card pre-authorisation one day before arrival. This is a hold, not an upfront charge. The pre-authorisation is voided two days after departure.

Yes. Villa Aditi is owner-managed and looked after by Team Aditi, a permanent in-house hospitality team that includes our private chef and provides daily housekeeping, guest assistance and care of the property.

Yes. Our private chef is a permanent member of Team Aditi, not an external chef hired on request. Daily breakfast is included. Lunches and dinners are prepared on request and charged separately: food at cost plus a fixed cooking fee per service. Menus and charges are confirmed with you in advance.

Breakfast is included. For additional lunches and dinners, food is charged at cost, plus a fixed cooking fee per service. Team Aditi handles the shopping and confirms the cooking fee and expected food costs with you in advance, based on your chosen menu.

Yes. Daily breakfast is included throughout your stay. Please share any dietary requirements with Team Aditi before arrival.

Yes. Meals can be adapted — lighter for children, spicier where wanted, vegetarian or allergen-aware. Please share requirements in advance so the kitchen can prepare.

Sea conditions on Bang Kao Beach vary with the season, the tide and the weather, so swimming is not the same all year. The lap pool is available throughout your stay, and Team Aditi can advise on conditions for your dates.

Villa Aditi is on the south of the island and Samui airport is in the northeast, so the drive crosses the island. Actual travel time depends on traffic and the time of day. Please ask Team Aditi to confirm this for your dates and group.

Yes. Team Aditi can arrange airport transfers and private drivers. These may incur an additional charge, confirmed with you before booking.

Not necessarily. Many guests spend most of their time at the residence and use a private driver arranged by Team Aditi for excursions. A rental car can be useful if you plan to explore the island independently.

Families are welcome, and the generous shared spaces suit multigenerational groups. The residence is an open beachfront property with a pool and direct sea access, so children should be supervised at all times.

Availability of cots, high chairs and similar equipment depends on your dates. Please ask Team Aditi to confirm this for your dates and group.

Professional nanny or babysitting services can be arranged for guests with young children. Please let Team Aditi know the ages of your children and the kind of support you need so we can confirm availability for your dates.

Weddings and ceremonies, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, private dinners, corporate retreats and film or photo shoots can all be discussed on the weddings and private events page. All events require prior discussion and approval, and not every request can be accepted.

Villa Aditi is not a party villa. Loud parties, DJs and nightlife-style events are not hosted, out of respect for the residence and its neighbours. Carefully planned, approved occasions are considered case by case.
